Job Summary
Occupational Therapist PRN provides rehabilitation services across the continuum, assessing and planning treatment to restore or improve activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination and range of motion in patients. Collaborates with physicians and families to establish and revise plans of care, delivers patient/family education, ensures proper documentation and discharge planning, and adheres to regulatory standards while maintaining compassionate, customer-focused care in a hospital setting (Providence, RI).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Occupational Therapy or Masters Occupational Therapy
- OT - Occupational Therapist
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
