Occupational Therapist PRN

Occupational Therapist responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to improve activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination, and range of motion. Responsibilities include developing and revising treatment plans with patient/family input, providing education and discharge instructions, documenting evaluations and sessions, and collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure ethical, compliant, and high-quality care. Requires licensure as an OT (and BLS certification); strong communication, team collaboration, and documentation skills are essential. Job located in Augusta, KS with in-person service delivery; PRN/part-time schedule.
