Occupational Therapist PRN

Occupational Therapist PRN provides assessment, planning, and delivery of OT services to restore or improve activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination, and range of motion across the continuum. Develops and revises treatment plans with patient/family input; educates patients and families; provides discharge instructions and referrals as appropriate; documents evaluations and plans of care per departmental guidelines; collaborates with physicians, staff, and other team members; adheres to ethical standards, confidentiality, infection prevention, and process-improvement initiatives; demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and customer service in a healthcare setting.
