Job Summary
Provide and direct Occupational Therapy Services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning, implementation, documentation, and communication under physician's orders. Maintain NBCOT registration and active state licensure while adhering to Skilled Nursing Facility Medicare skilled services requirements. Utilize computer software for job functions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requires current BLS certification from an approved vendor, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and one year of experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Masters Degree
- NBCOT registered and licensed per state of practice requirements
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
