Job Summary
As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a PRN/flexible engagement, provide evaluation, planning, and implementation of individualized therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities in daily activities. Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional domains; develop and execute treatment plans; educate patients, families, and caregivers; collaborate with COTAs, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and physicians; monitor progress with standardized tools and adjust goals to optimize outcomes. Requires a Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and active state licensure. Role is onsite in Oviedo, FL with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth and leadership within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Masters/Doctorate Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current license/certification in the state of practice
