Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed to deliver and coordinate rehabilitation services in long-term care settings. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations across physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional domains; developing and implementing individualized treatment plans; patient and caregiver education on activities of daily living, adaptive strategies, and safe device use; collaborative care with COTAs, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and physicians; ongoing progress monitoring and outcome measurement using standardized tools; and contributing to growth and leadership opportunities within the team. Requires a Masters/Doctorate in OT and current state license. Flexible scheduling; onsite in American Fork, UT.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current license/certification in the state of practice
