Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for older adults while supervising Occupational Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a trusted partner to the community. Work flexible hours across weekdays and weekends to provide coverage during the geriatric population's care needs. This role supports patient-centered care within Symbria's employee-owned senior-living and post-acute settings.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
