Occupational Therapist - PRN

Develop objective patient goals and establish the type, frequency, and duration of occupational therapy in collaboration with referring physicians. Provide comprehensive, individualized treatment programs while adhering to state Practice Act laws and federal regulations. Enhance relationships with referral sources and participate in designing new programs or procedures with manager and physician approval. Supervise and delegate care for patients within established guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practice and complete all documentation requirements in a timely manner.
