Occupational Therapist-PRN

Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with physician direction. Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services to ensure effective functional programs that facilitate a return to community activities. Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers, and self while performing other professional duties associated with patient care and program delivery. Work per diem at Select Specialty Hospital - Madison with a starting compensation of $50 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requires current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and BLS certification within 90 days.
