Job Summary
Independently evaluates, determines the treatment strategies, delivers and/or delegates services that identify, prevent, remediate and rehabilitate acute or prolonged skill or ability impairment to maximize function in activities of daily living, IADL, education, work, play, leisure, and social participation. Addresses dysfunction in psychosocial skills, cognition, and sensorimotor components. Implements interventions to promote or enhance safety and performance in ADL, IADL, education, work, play, leisure, and social participation. Pay is based on years of experience and qualifications. Inpatient rehabilitation experience and strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills are desirable. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
