Occupational Therapist [PRN]

Plans and implements occupational therapy treatment programs for individual patients, collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team, and provides direction to OTs, OTAs, and Rehab Techs. Responsibilities include conducting OT evaluations, designing and revising plans of care, selecting appropriate OT assessments, coordinating with other services, guiding discharge planning, educating patients and families, and ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with departmental standards.
