Job Summary
Conduct initial and re-evaluations, design treatment plans, and implement comprehensive occupational therapy programs for individual patients. Perform standardized neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and pulmonary examinations while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Reassess patient status, modify goals, and participate in discharge planning and patient/family education regarding diagnoses and functional outcomes. Document all assessments, planning, treatment, and discharge in compliance with medical record standards and departmental policies. Meet team productivity standards and assist in supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Techs. Requires SC OT license and Bachelor's degree; PRN status at Roger C Peace Rehab Hosp Facility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- SC OT license
