Job Summary
Provide personalized care to residents on campus by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring individual needs are met throughout their continuum of care. Implement personal care plans that focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines while offering comfort, companionship, and belonging. Work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs holistically. This role requires a valid state Occupational Therapy license, current CPR certification, and at least one year of experience with older adults. Based at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, you will earn $55/hour as a PRN/Per Diem provider.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years' experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred
