Job Summary
Provide personalized care to residents by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring individual needs are met throughout their continuum of care. Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines while offering comfort and companionship. Work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs using a holistic approach. This role is available on a PRN/per diem basis at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, an 84-acre continuing care retirement community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR Certification
- Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years' experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred
