Job Summary
Provide personalized care to residents throughout their continuum of care, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring individual needs are met. Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines while supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address resident needs and maintain a holistic approach to support. Requires a valid state Occupational Therapy license, current CPR certification, and minimum one year of experience with older adults. Compensation is $55/hour for PRN/per diem roles at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years' experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred
