Job Summary
Provide personalized care to residents throughout their continuum of care, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring individual needs are met. Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines while offering comfort and companionship. Work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs holistically. This role supports the holistic well-being of residents at Wind Crest, an 84-acre continuing care retirement community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, within Erickson Senior Living's national network.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR Certification
- Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years' experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred
