Job Summary
PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to develop individualized treatment plans, provide occupational therapy services per physician orders, assist nursing staff with training Restorative Aides, supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with state practice acts, and communicate patient progress and care plans within the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient care conferences and rehabilitation meetings as needed. The role supports flexible PRN scheduling and is based at Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute in Sunnyvale, CA. New graduates are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy License (OTR) in good standing
