Job Summary
PRN Occupational Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility rehabilitation team in Morristown, NJ. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating residents with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions; developing personalized plans to improve strength, balance, ADL performance, and functional mobility; collaborating with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and speech therapists; documenting progress in the EMR; participating in care plan meetings and family conferences; providing compassionate patient-centered care; supervising COTAs as needed; reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey (or eligible to obtain)
