Job Summary
OT evaluates, plans, and implements treatment programs to help patients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills; collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams; PRN hiring; duties include modifying treatment plans, documenting care, evaluating complex cases, assisting with supervision, and ensuring compliance with education and competency programs; physical demands include standing/walking with clinic-based travel up to ~5%; requires state OT license and at least a BS or MS in OT; HIPAA knowledge and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BS or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Occupational Therapy license for state of operation
- Experience with HIPAA protocol and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Teamwork collaboration is essential
