Occupational Therapist PRN

Provide direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Occupational Therapy Act/Rules process, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver professional and technical occupational therapy to assigned patients. Maintain clear communication, build collaborative relationships, and take initiative for professional growth while improving the patient experience. This PRN role requires a licensed Occupational Therapist with one year of experience and Basic Life Support certification, with two weekend days required monthly.
