Job Summary
Provide direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Occupational Therapy Act/Rules process, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote a collaborative environment while communicating clearly and openly. Build relationships to improve the patient experience and take initiative for professional growth within a diverse workforce at a Magnet-designated hospital. Maintain a valid Texas license and current Basic Life Support certification for this PRN role across weekdays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Occupational Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year licensed Occupational Therapist
