Job Summary
Occupational Therapist - PRN responsible for evaluating patients' needs for occupational therapy and planning individualized treatment programs. Must maintain up-to-date skills through continuous education and evidence-based research. Responsibilities include evaluating patient conditions, establishing treatment goals in collaboration with patients and families, administering treatments, documenting patient progress, and participating in interdisciplinary communication. Licensure and certification are required, with BLS certification also needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Licensure required in practicing state
- Maintenance of BLS certification

- Experience with interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Knowledge of current rehabilitation practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
