Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (PRN) evaluates, plans, and implements treatment programs to help patients of all ages develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills for independent functioning. Works collaboratively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to establish meaningful goals; modifies treatment plans based on patient responses; documents care daily; evaluates and treats populations with complex therapy needs; recommends adaptive devices; maintains state practice act compliance; participates in quality assurance and supports a fast-paced clinical environment; primaries in Turlock, CA with occasional travel up to ~5%.
Required Qualifications
- BS or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Occupational Therapy license for state of operation
- Experience with HIPAA protocol and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to document progress and collaborate with patients and teams
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt treatment plans
- Ability to travel up to ~5% (as per job description)
- TB skin test annual verification
