Occupational Therapist PRN Inpatient Rehab

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans by selecting activities to progress patients toward functional goals in activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive tasks. Collaborate with physicians to establish and revise care plans, providing ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources. Document evaluations, sessions, and family training according to departmental protocols while maintaining ethical standards and patient confidentiality. Adhere to infection prevention precautions, dress code, and AIDET principles during all patient interactions. Maintain punctuality and participate in staff meetings, inservices, and professional development activities to complete required competencies and licensure.
