Occupational Therapist- PRN | Home Health Care

Administer and interpret diagnostic tests to evaluate patient function, then confer with physicians to develop and revise treatment plans. Provide therapeutic instruction to improve strength, coordination, and range-of-motion while teaching compensation measures for daily activities. Design community reintegration activities and recommend adaptive equipment to enhance home and community participation. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, ensuring accurate documentation of care observations and interventions. Coordinate discharge planning and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support patient rehabilitation. Requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and minimum six months of occupational therapy experience. Pay ranges from $54.00 to $76.00 per visit.
