Administer and interpret diagnostic tests to evaluate patient function, then confer with physicians to develop and revise treatment plans. Provide therapeutic instruction to restore strength and coordination while designing community reintegration activities and recommending adaptive equipment. Supervise assistants and document all care observations, interventions, and evaluations thoroughly. Coordinate discharge planning and educate families on daily living skills. Requires a valid driver's license, minimum six months of occupational therapy experience, and home health background. Pay ranges from $54 to $76 per visit.
