Occupational Therapist- PRN | Home Health Care

Administer and interpret diagnostic tests for patients in their homes, then confer with physicians to develop and revise treatment plans. Provide therapeutic instruction to restore strength and coordination while training staff and families on daily living skills like dressing and hygiene. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, design community reintegration activities, and recommend adaptive equipment to improve patient environments. Accurately document all care observations, interventions, and evaluations, and coordinate discharge planning with interdisciplinary teams. Requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and at least six months of home health experience. Pay ranges from $54 to $76 per visit.
