Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes or other settings, administering and interpreting function tests, developing and revising the Plan of Care, and delivering therapeutic treatments to improve strength, coordination, range of motion and functional independence. Responsibilities include documenting care observations, reporting to physicians and care teams, participating in care coordination and discharge planning, designing retraining programs and adaptive equipment, supervising OTA and Home Health Aide performance, and coordinating community reintegration and home- environment adaptations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months of occupational therapy experience
- Home Health experience
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
