Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (PRN) in Home Health Care delivering in-home rehabilitation. Administers and interprets functional tests, collaborates on the Plan of Care, provides therapeutic treatment to improve strength, coordination, and range of motion, and designs retraining programs. Plays a role in care coordination, discharge planning, and community reintegration activities; designs adaptive equipment and trains staff/family to implement retraining programs. Documents patient observations and progress, and communicates with physicians and rehabilitation team. Requires valid driver’s license and six months of OT experience in home health. Locality: Beverly Hills, FL, US.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months of occupational therapy experience
- Home Health experience
