Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations, complete recertifications, progress notes, and discharges while treating patients on a PRN basis during increases in caseload, scheduled time off, and occasional weekends. Flexibility in scheduling is encouraged. Licensed new graduates are welcome, and applicants must maintain an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or possess the qualifications to obtain one.
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license
- Completion of a nationally accredited program
- Passing of national licensure exam
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
