Occupational Therapist PRN

Provide professional and technical occupational therapy to assigned patients; evaluation, treatment planning and implementation; ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care. Communicate clearly, build relationships, and be accountable for performance. Take initiative for professional growth and actively contribute to a winning team. Must meet OT licensure and BLS requirements and hold a Texas license or temporary license.
