Occupational Therapist PRN

Occupational Therapist PRN to assess, plan, implement and monitor rehabilitative programs across ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, strength, coordination and ROM. Responsibilities include treatment planning, delivering therapy, updating plan of care with patient/family input, providing education and discharge instructions, documenting evaluations and treatment sessions, collaborating with physicians and staff, ensuring ethical practice, infection prevention, and participation in mandatory education and process-improvement activities. Position requires compliance with regulatory standards and ongoing licensure maintenance; candidates should have OT education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and applicable BLS certification, and must be able to work within a hospital/system setting in Augusta, NJ.
