Occupational Therapist - PRN

Establishes treatment plans and provides skilled occupational therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment, and reassessment while considering discharge needs and functional status. Educates, collaborates with, and conferences with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed. Delegates interventions to assistants, techs, and students based on skill level and competency. Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies. Performs one-on-one patient care with a flexible schedule, including weekend/holiday rotations every six weeks. Licensed Occupational Therapist required; Master's degree preferred.
