Job Summary
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) provides skilled OT services in an acute care hospital setting, focusing on medical and orthopedic conditions such as joint replacements, spine surgeries, and stroke recovery. Responsibilities include establishing treatment plans, delivering therapy, educating patients and families, collaborating with other health care providers, delegating tasks to assistants/students, completing documentation, and conducting assessments and re-assessments to inform discharge planning. PRN weekend schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) at Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh in Illinois.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- OT Lic (state license)
