Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, and long-term care settings. Provide care to geriatric patients while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain a flexible schedule with PRN hours across multiple locations including CCRCs, SNFs, assisted living, outpatient clinics, and home health. Utilize specialized training and ongoing clinical mentorship to deliver high-quality rehabilitation and wellness services.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
