Job Summary
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and conduct occupational exercises to improve client independence and functional abilities. Assess and document progress while adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers. Adhere to legal, ethical, and professional standards throughout all interactions. This role supports licensed Occupational Therapists in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care within a supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules
