Occupational Therapist PRN

Provide occupational therapy services in the home health setting per the physician’s plan of care and state practice guidelines; develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals to improve patient independence; train patients in activities of daily living and use of adaptive equipment; fabricate splints and instruct on prosthetic/orthotic device use; maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate changes in patient condition to the physician and care team; collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care; require NBCOT certification and state licensure; two years of clinical experience preferred; CPR certification required; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; PRN schedule with flexible hours.
