Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations using subjective and objective measures to develop treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Provide quality treatments that actively progress goals toward the highest quality of life for residents and clients. Deliver education to families, caregivers, and staff while coordinating seamless discharges across the full continuum of therapy and fitness services. Maintain accurate documentation and billing in electronic medical records, demonstrating knowledge of payer sources and regulatory requirements. Complete supervisory visits per regulations and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Work weekday and weekend on-call opportunities with reasonable productivity expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current licensure in the state(s) of practice as required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
