Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations using subjective and objective measures to develop treatment plans and programs in accordance with physician orders. Provide quality treatments that actively progress goals to achieve the highest quality of life for residents and clients. Perform screens and provide education to residents, families, caregivers, and staff while coordinating seamless discharges utilizing the full continuum of therapy and fitness services. Deliver accurate and timely documentation and billing in electronic medical records, demonstrating knowledge of payer sources and regulatory requirements. Complete supervisory visits per regulations and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team. This on-call/PRN role offers flexible schedules with competitive pay, paid mileage, and access to continuing education and a scholarship program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current licensure in the state(s) of practice as required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
