Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help older adults maintain independence and thrive. Design individualized programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while training patients and caregivers on skills for productivity. Collaborate with peers to make referrals when necessary and adapt care to diverse patient settings within skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient clinics, and home-based environments. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
