Conduct functional assessments and develop personalised therapy plans for children and adults with developmental, neurological, and functional conditions. Provide clinic-based therapy sessions with occasional community visits while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals. Maintain clinical documentation and progress reports within a supportive environment featuring structured onboarding and mentoring programs. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Valid driver's licence (essential)
- Ability to work with mixed caseload – paediatrics and adults
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
