Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis, NM. Plan and implement individualized treatment programs according to OT principles, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting equipped with advanced tools. Requires NM licensure as an Occupational Therapist, BLS certification at time of hire, and less than one year of OT experience. Education: Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Masters preferred. Work schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends or holidays. EPIC electronic charting system in use; compensation includes shift differentials for nights/weekends and opportunities for tuition/certification reimbursement and loan forgiveness. Minimum compensation offers $37.29/hour and max offers $56.92/hour, converted to annualized salaries as base for posted range. Strong computer skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements for the setting are expected.
