Job Summary

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (American Occupational Therapy Association approved) with licensure in Washington or license eligibility, and BLS certification; one year of clinical experience preferred. The role emphasizes evaluating patient data, planning individualized therapies, and delivering care to support recovery and functional improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association or equivalent required
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the state of Washington, required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
