Job Summary
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities, delivering therapy that improves mobility, independence, and functional outcomes. Practice includes in-home and community-based care with optional telehealth/virtual care components, documentation within FOX’s EMR, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists). Must have a valid PT license (or eligibility) and be able to drive to patient homes and facilities; opportunity for both in-home and senior-living settings with salaried roles and benefits. H1B sponsorship is available for qualified clinicians; New Graduates may participate in FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. FOX emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes in a clinician-operated practice.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- FOX requires ability to drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls model
