Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Work as a pioneer of Geriatric House Calls to older adults in their communities. Enjoy flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule while participating in a supportive clinical community. Full-time, part-time, or PRN/Flex options are available with salary or paid per unit compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
