Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions and driving rewarding patient outcomes. Deliver care within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes while utilizing cutting-edge technology. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply, along with current CPR certification and basic computer literacy. Join a primarily clinician-operated private practice offering full-time, part-time, or PRN/Flex scheduling options, including coverage M-F 9am-3pm for paid per unit roles. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
