Job Summary
Provide in-home, senior-living and telehealth physical therapy to older adults on a salaried basis with benefits; deliver one-on-one PT sessions in private residences and senior living communities, drive to patient homes, document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support mobility and independence across MA (Mashpee area). H1B sponsorship available; new graduates eligible; flexible in-home and community-based care with telehealth options.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Driving to patient homes as part of Geriatric House Calls model
- Ability to meet physical demands of in-home/community-based care
- EMR proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in MA
- Ability to travel to patient homes in MA
- Experience with in-home or community-based geriatric PT
- Telehealth/virtual care experience (optional)
- EMR/documentation proficiency
- Interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- New Graduates eligible for mentorship program (Emerging Professionals)
