Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism, delivering clinically excellent autonomous interventions to older adults in their communities. Facilitate functional outcomes through an interdisciplinary approach within a geriatric house call model. Work full-time or part-time schedules, including PRN coverage Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm, with flexibility to create and alter your treatment schedule. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, hold a degree from an accredited program, and possess current CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
