Job Summary
Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care for hand therapy, providing comprehensive treatment from assessment through discharge. Supervise assistants and aides while contributing to case management, ensuring high standards of care through evidence-based practice. Maintain positive relationships with centers and patients, staying current with occupational therapy research. Work Monday through Friday at our outpatient orthopedic center in Oklahoma City. We offer mentorship for therapists pursuing CHT credentials, national CEU programs, and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- level II fieldwork in hands
Desired Qualifications
- Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation
- hand and splinting experience preferred
