Job Summary
Assess and deliver services to home health patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and cardio-pulmonary impairments, as well as fine motor, sensory motor, and developmental delays. Educate patients and caregivers, plan patient discharge, and consult with other healthcare professionals, clinics, or agencies. Support patients with traumatic injuries and swallowing disorders. Full-time, part-time, and PRN availability in Kansas City, MO. Requires an active license in the state of MO; home health experience is preferred.
